A mid-sized manufacturing plant was operating with zero visibility into machine uptime, energy waste, and predictive maintenance needs — leading to costly unplanned downtime.
02 - Approach
Our Solution
We instrumented 120 production machines with Tuya industrial sensors and smart plugs, feeding live telemetry into a custom React-built dashboard. Threshold-based alerts are routed to shift supervisors via the eWeLink API, and a weekly PDF digest is auto-generated for plant management.
