A retail chain with 28 branches needed a unified access-control and surveillance upgrade that could be managed centrally without dispatching engineers to every site.

Our Solution
RFID-based staff access was deployed at all 28 branches with credentials managed from a single cloud portal. IP cameras integrate with the eWeLink scene engine to trigger alerts and door-lock actions automatically on motion detection outside business hours.

Results
Shrinkage across the chain fell by 41% in the first six months. Incident response time improved from an average of 19 minutes to under 3 minutes thanks to automated alerting.
